What is your process?
Each project is unique, but here’s what you can usually expect: We’ll start with a Discovery Call to introduce ourselves and chat about your goals. If it feels like a great fit, we’ll follow up with a proposal that includes your custom package and any suggested add-ons. Once you’ve signed the proposal and contract and made your initial deposit (details in the payment section below), we’re ready to roll!
what does a typical timeline look like?
Timelines can vary based on the scope and complexity of your project, but generally:
Branding packages take around 3–4 weeks
Website packages also take about 3–4 weeks
We’ll provide a more specific timeline in your proposal so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
How does payment work?
We typically start with a 10% deposit when you sign your contract. From there, our standard payment plan splits the remaining balance into two 50% payments, with the final payment due before your project is completed. Need more flexibility? We also offer 4- or 6-month payment plans—just let us know what works best for you!
What additional costs can I expect?
We like to keep things transparent! Sometimes, your project may require additional items like font licenses (we’ll always aim for budget-friendly options) or stock photography.
If we’re building a website, you’ll also need to purchase your domain, hosting, and/or a subscription for your website platform. We’ll guide you through every step so nothing feels overwhelming.
What website platforms do you build on?
Our go-to platform is WordPress—it’s flexible, powerful, and perfect for creating a custom website that’s easy to maintain. For e-commerce projects, we recommend Shopify for its all-in-one simplicity, including product management, order tracking, and a built-in online store. We also have experience with platforms like Showit and Squarespace, and are happy to chat about other options if you have something specific in mind.
do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Absolutely! Once your project is complete, you’ll receive a personalized client portal with handy quick links and step-by-step video tutorials to help you confidently update your site. You’ll also get access to our private support form for any future requests or updates, so you’re never on your own.
how do you make branding & web stress-free?
